Let Legislators Know We Are Watching As we approach the end of the legislative session, Minnesota lawmakers are deciding the fate of our voting rights. The strength of our democracy is built on those voting rights. We must use our voice to let all legislators know we are watching. Under the guise of "election integrity," some lawmakers are proposing measures that would add unnecessary burdens on elections officials, compromise privacy, and limit access to absentee voting. On the other hand, we have the opportunity to protect our election officials by passing a ban on intimidation at the polls.
