Celebrate National Voter Registration Day on 9/22

The League of Women Voters of Woodbury Cottage Grove Area will be holding a Voter Registration and Outreach Event on Tuesday, September 22 from 11 AM to 7 PM at the Woodbury YMCA located at 2175 Radio Drive (by Woodbury’s Central Park). This event is being held in conjunction with National Voter Registration Day. During this event LWV volunteers will provide voters with information and assistance on

• voter registration;

• voting by absentee ballot for the November General Election;

• learning more about candidates on their ballot including viewing candidate forums.

This event will be conducted outdoors and in accordance with state requirements for COVID-19.

The League of Women Voters is nonpartisan, neither supporting nor opposing candidates or political parties at any level of government, but always working on vital issues of concern to members and the public.
