You are invited to attend the 2022 CMAL Annual Meeting on Zoom on May 14 beginning at 10:00 a.m.!
Keynote Speaker is Metro Council Member Deb Barber. She is Chair of the Metro Council Transportation Committee and will speak on "Building the Regional Transit System." She will take questions (of course). Gold line? Blue Line? Green Line? Red Line? Purple Line? Transit Safety? New BRT routes? Ask away!
All LWV members and members of the public are invited to hear from and chat with Member Barber. Please share this invitation with your members. The Zoom link is also available on the LWVMN website calendar.
The CMAL business meeting will follow the Keynote. Each metro LWV chapter may send one voting delegate per 50 members (or share thereof). We will elect some new board members and amend bylaws, etc. Importantly, we will vote on the proposed new consensus on County Government, based upon the work of the county government study committee and the consensus voting results from across the metro.
